In order to "sell" anything (assuming your not a business) you need to be an elite member. That is $20/year. The reason for that rule is that it cuts down on scammers.
Would have to get a ruling from the Mod in charge of the for sale forum (I'm not that mod) but my guess is that you still would need to be an elite member.
