Can you change a MAF to a MAP?

If anybody knows if & how to change an 03 4.6 maf sensor & replace it with a map sensor please tell me how

Already supercharged & maf is at its limit,so I have been told to see about getting rid of maf as they say a map will run it better

I did see those big air mafs but I thought they only suited lightnings & cobras.Do they make them for the explorer aswell?

You should run VERY VERY far away from whomever told you to swap from MAFS to MAP.
