Car Video and Existing Head Unit

Im wanting to put screens in my headrest and an indash (screen only up front). I want to keep my existing unit pioneer DEH-P7200 (remount underneath dash). It has inputs for md player and cd changer, (md would be the one to use i believe). And for my video I'd like to use an X-Box or PS2. I mainly want to keep my head unit, because i love it and dont want to drop 400 do get a new comparable one. Will this work?

Sony has a nice Screen only unit. I don't know what model. But I know there are several units out there that basicly just have A/V inputs.
