Cat Converters on V6 4.0L 2002 Explorer

Hi Guys,

One of the Side cat converters is rattling like crazy now and I need to replace the full assembly as a one go.

My question is:

Would a Y Cat Assembly from a V8 4.6L fit on a V6 4.0L and if no what is the difference between them?

They are sold as different part numbers, but visually look similar.
My guess is that the pipes to manifolds are angled differently.
May be possible to bend it into the correct angle.
