i have a cb in my explorer and a cobra antenna that mounts on the glass and looks like a cell phone antenna it works good but doesnt have very good range i want to put dual antennas for the looks and just use one for the cb but i dont know were i can mount them anybody have any ideas on were to put them

Too bad you can't mount them on the corners of the rear bumper, won't that interfere with the liftgate?

Idea, just mount one more antenna, but put it opposite the radio antenna and make it look the same. You can also mount a single to the roof. Hmm, how about short duals on the roof on the rear corners of the rig?

Just a bunch of ideas..hope it helps.

Check out Firestiks website. They have hundreds of mounting options. They also make pretty decent antennas-mostly top loaded. One option would be a mount that screws just inside the hood and projects through the opening between the hood and body-if you don't want to drill holes on the outside.

Side of bumper

If you want large ones mounted on the bumper, mount one on each side on the ends or the bumper as not to interfere with the glass and gate.. =)
