Can I use CD-RWs in my 2004 Sport Trac's factory CD Player?

Try one and you'll find out. Some brands make work better than others, so try a couple of different ones if you can.

They should, but the CD-R's are less problematic. Like techieman said, some brands are less problematis, but I know my '04 Taurus liked Sony, Dynex, and Memorex without question. I only use CD-R's though, I had problems with CD-RW's in other vehicles.
