CEL on Need help with code

My check engine light came on, I took the truck to AutoZone. The code they pulled was P0133 and the print out says " The PCM has determined that the response time for oxygen sensor 1 in bank 1 was too slow during testing". Can anyone tell me what this means, how it can be fixed, and how to clear the code? Also, could this be a result of extreamly hot and humid weather? We've been having a record breaking heat wave here in NY.

more than likely your 02 sensor is bad.... usually a slow response time is a bad sensor. But read this by Glacier991: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149917
