changed intake gaskets,still idles rough

Hi all,first of all this is a great forum.(glad I found it)
Alright,I've read alot about the intake gaskets and other
problems on th 4.0 sohc.Changed intake gaskets,IAC,
IAT,and all new vaccum lines.Now pulling my hair out
it still idles rough and slight miss on acceleration.
Anyone have a suggestion?Thanks in advance.

Fuel supply problems are the first thing to check. Could also be, throttle position sensor needs adjustment or replacement, mass air flow sensor is going bad, clogged air filter, needs new pcv valve, air leaks after the MAF, vacuum leaks, pcv hose collapse, bad or improperly gapped spark plugs, or bad spark plug wires. If all those check out ok, and it still does it, you probably have worn components inside the engine (burned exhaust valves, worn camshaft lobes, etc).
