Ok,
Have come up with that the crank journals are scored really bad. Previous driver probably ran on low oil for a long time. Instead of machining the crank etc I am considering changing out the engine. Question is: Can I change out the 4.0 OHV engine to the 302 V8 without any complications???? What about the OHV for a OHC engine? Will transmissions and electrical/vacuum hookups all match?
