If you're up for removing the front tires that will save you some bloody knuckles (going at it from underneath is a bit easier if you have the room).
Also a swivel socket wrench works wonders because unfortunately only one plug is somewhat easy to access...

Just follow the spark plug wires, they'll take you to the locations you need. Give yourself plenty of time and dont forget the anti-seize lube on the new plugs, will save you pain and agony next time you do it.

on my 98 V8, i had to juck up the right side front tire to get to the plugs easier. I also recommend you get that swivel plug puller (or even one that has 2 swivels), and to put them in you can use some rubber tube pushed onto the end of the plug to turn it to begin with.

Tune Up

Above is a write up I did awhile back, but it has a 3" body lift. Makes it easier, but still gives you some good pointers and such. Good luck

Hardest thing will be removing the wires. Make sure you twist them to help break the seal then pull. Spray silicone spray or plug wire anti-seize before reinstalling. The left side plugs remove from the top and the right side remove from under the vehicle. Use a flex head ratchet to ease removal/installation. Coat the threads with a light coating of anti-seize or silicone before installation and make sure to start them by hand as the previous thread described, Good luck.
