so my check engine light came on.....idk where to start my rig doesn't have any performance problems except a slight hesitation when you take off.....help please

get the code read and then come back and post it. theres a link to a chart on all of the CEL codes on the forum if you look. get someone to read it for free like at an autozone or an aamco.

I went to read it and it showed no problems for the joe....probably not what it is. but the koer test didn't work it just read for ten minutes and nothing

a '94 will need to have codes read w/o scan tool. there's a link i just read awhile ago about reading codes with a test light from the EEC link under the hood. My explorer is 95 and have to do it that way...the scanner just won't communicate.
