i just picked up a new toy for me to play with. it's a 93 jeep cherokee off road toy. it has a full exocage, no doors or glass. 4 cyl with 5 speed. i don't think that there is a lift on it, i think the fenders were just cut way up. i'm gonna do a 3" cheap lift and throw my 35's on it. it was running on 33's with little rubbing so my 35's should do good. i only paid 300 bucks for it so it was pretty hard to say no.

i am having a little bit of trouble getting it running though. the guy who had it b4 me said that they were jumping it at the badlands and the last jump it just stopped running. the weird thing is that if i pull the fuel pump relay it will start and run off some starting fluid but as soon as i put the relay back in it quits.

here's a couple pics for ya. those tires are just to roll it around on until i get it running then i'm throwing my 35's on it.

Looks like it would be a lot of fun if it ran. Those tube bumpers are junk though, IMO. What rear axle does it have and what's the gear ratio?

That exo looks aweful. With the kink bends I wouldn't trust it on a roll over. You did good for $300 though!!

I JUST noticed that...should be better than nothing though, especially without doors on a unibody. Apparently they fold in half easily without doors and roof.

It's not pretty but it sure looks like it'd be a blast to just beat on one good time. For $300 you're not gonna lose much if it only makes one pass.

yeah i don't really care for the way the cage was made but it is better than nothing.

i don't know what axle or what the ratio is on it. the bumpers are sturdy, but not what i would have chosen if i built it.

i have got it to run...for a little bit. if i turn the key to the on position the fuel pump will turn on. then if i try to start it, it just cranks. but if i take the fuel pump relay out after i turn the key to the on position, it will fire up and run until it runs out of gas in the line. but if i put the relay in it will die instantly. i was thinking about just running the fuel pump off a switch instead of the relay, does anyone know if that would work
