Circuit City Protection Plan

Is anyone familiar with the protection plan they offer for thier speakers?? Do they keep records on thier computer??? I bought 4 polk db57's 16 months ago and 3 of them have blown out. I bought the 2 year service plan and am curious what kind of hassles they try to give you, and if you need the original purchase reciept?

yep, just bought a sub box from CC and made sure that they had it on record, cuz i knew i couldnt keep track of a receipt for 4 years..so, no i wouldnt think you need it
