Cleaning dirt stains on light colored Active-X

I have Tan (sandstone) Active-X in my Explorer and the back of the seats have accumulated some dirt from my kids (darn kids!). I have tried scrubbing with a microfiber towel and multi-purpose cleaner (Chemical Guys Nonsense) but many dirt stains still remain.

Any ideas for removing these stubborn dirt stains with this material? I wasn't sure if brushes were safe.

Kids and a Sandstone interior are not an ideal combination. Seat covers may be in line. I've never used a cleaner on the seats but I know that my dealership has various cleaning products on display in the reception area. I'm sure there are members here that should be able to assist.
