I read an article in the auto section of a newspaper that recemmended loosening up the spark plugs after 60,000Km (or 36,000 miles), even these are the platinum plugs, to prevent them from being "frozen" in the engine block, which could happen if the plug "sits" in the block for too long. The article suggested to remove the plugs, clean them, and tighten them back, even you may not require a tune-up.

I could do this easily, but like to get some feedbacks from other owners. And also, what is the best way to clean the platinum plugs ?

After going to the "trouble" and I do mean trouble of removing the plugs, I would replace with new ones and not clean old ones; plugs are cheap.

Good luck.....

if you have the 4.0 ohv then trust me, you'll want to go ahead and change them. EITHER WAY, stick anti-seize on the threads so that they won't ever freeze, trying to get them out after 92k miles with them never being removed is NO FUN, TRUST ME, BEEN THERE DONE THAT.
