If I'm stopped, like at a drive thru window or stop sign, and the heat is on, I hear a clicking noise coming from underneath the truck. It's not a continuous noise but in regular intervals of 20 seconds or so. Is this normal? Anyone else experience this?

Are you sure its not your AC compressor cycling?

I have the same prob. I was told by a ford tech where I work what SplashMan said, and does it on almost every EX he has worked on.

Re: Clicking

If You check out your manual it says that the A/C compressor is activated when selector knob is turned to every position EXCEPT the floor poosition regardless if you have your other selector on heat or cold (red/blue)

This is normal

Hope I could help!
