Hi, first sorry for my english, it's not my first language (I couldn't find help in my main language).
I don't know the version of sync the car has, but I believe it's the SYNC with voice activated navigation (it's a Ford Explorer 2010 xlt)

My issue is this:
-After getting the car fixed because of a crash the clock just wasn't working (like in the first picture). The calendar still showed the current date at that time.
-Some pieces where missing, so the car went to get them attached again. When we got it back the calendar was greyed out (I didn't take a picture of it).
-Basically, the 2 times it went to the same workshop and 2 times it's been having features removed from the computer.

My family has had this car for 10+ years, so I find it very weird that the same thing happened twice.
I don't know if there's a solution, so I'm asking here.

Are you connecting a smartphone to it? If not this might be necessary for it to set the time. Or it has to be done manually. This might be happening because they are disconnecting the battery for a long period of time. This resets the PCM and other systems and might be clearing the time setting. Mine resets the time when it connects to my smartphone.
