Ran for 3-4 min then I got in.. Backed down driveway and check engine light popped on. Stopped at AutoZone and got a

CODE 171-
The guy at Autozone game me some run around making it quite obvious he had no idea what he was talking about.

Got any starts for me? The truck starts fine, but from time to time will sputter when first started and thrown into gear to go. A little tap on the pedal normally fixes the issue. Idle is a little "searching" at times, but not bad. Everything works great. And I've got a couple small exhaust leaks coming from under the truck towards the rear.

Shocks need replacing but that has nothing to do with anything....

Have the exact issue. My light will come on every 2000-3000 miles, stay on for 25-100 and turn itself off. Always lean on bank one. Its probably a bad intake gasket or o2 sensor. I think its my intake gaskets. (they are known issues) My idle can be a bit surgy from time to time as well. When its starts surging I can stall it if I try to sometimes.

Shouldn't be exhaust related. Unless maybe its before the o2 sensors.

Browsing the site- I seen something about the intake gaskets. Got a link on a fix?
