ive been getting a code p0420 for quite awhile now. ive done a search and there's nothing really conclusive there. i know its probably one of two things, either the rear o2 sensor, or the cat itself. im leaning more towards the o2 sensor because when i reset the pcm it runs fine and the gas mileage is ok until the light comes back on and then it goes down to around 8 mpg. any ideas or help with this code would be greatly appreciated.
