Motorcraft fuel filter from a 96 Explorer XLT 4.0 4WD with 87K.

Not sure if was ever changed, so it could be the one that came on it new.

On another note, my ex-Ford mechanic neighbor who changed it out, used the tool below, and had it removed within 4 minutes. He got it from Autozone.
