Compass/temperature display - worth anything?

Hi all,

I've just replaced the compass/temperature display and map light unit in my 95 Explorer because the map lights are FUBARed - I recently inherited the Ex from my late grandfather, and I have no idea what he did to the map lights.

Long story short - I've got the compass and temperature display unit that works fine (and the map lights that don't work at all), but just the guts (not the plastic coloured or black consoles) just kicking around. Are they worth trying to give away or should I just toss 'em in the garbage?

If anybody wants 'em, I'd be happy to give them away for the cost of shipping (or for absolutely free if there's somebody local in Vancouver, BC that wants to come pick 'em up).

Opinions? Are they worth bothering with, or should I just toss them?

I'm not sure if it's the same as mine, but mine is broken and I'm willing to pay shipping to see.

They should be the same except for the '95 having a bluish illumination vs. the green illumination on the '99. I swapped all of my interior stuff to go from blue to green and everything was plug and play. My stuff came out of a '99 Mounty...
