I had an alarm system installed (not ford's) and i'd say ever since i owned it for no reason it would either chirp or go off singing it's songs (annoying at 3a.m.). I went to the place where i got it installed and they said that ford explorer's the computer sends out a kind of checkup signal throughout all the cars sensors or something like that and that is causing the chips and it going off. They said that the shocks sensors are setting it off and i had them disconnect the shock sensors from the brain and it hasn't done it since. Is there a way that i can keep the shock sensors on and the alarm not go off for on reason, anyone else had the same problem??
