Hughes makes all kinds of torque converters. They are located in Arizona (I think the make them in Phoenix, but they have a place in Tucson too).

Their ph # is 602-257-9591.

It is worth calling them since they do a lot with race vehicles.. Hopefully that means they work with people outside the US.
