Yes I have replaced the little hose under the thermostat, cost for hose $3, labour $200, they had to remove the inlet manifold to fit the hose, the manual said that you could do it by removing the serpentine belt and idler pulley but apparently their still wasn't enough space, I have to replace mine because it split and I lost all of my coolant.
