I have a buddy that has a '71 Cruiser and used something like 59 "Chevy springs front and rear. He paid $30 per spring and it added around 5" SOA. A lot cheaper than $800-1100 for the Superlift or Skyjacker. Has anyone put these (chevy springs) on their xlt? Front would be out of the question but the rear might be feasable. "Search" can't find sh.. with that topic.
