Hello,
I have a 2001 mounty, with steering wheel controls for both the cruise control and head unit(radio and ac).
I have replaced the switch on the master cylinder and it was working for a few weeks. Then on a trip you could turn it on, but no off using the steering wheel switches. But pressing the brake would disingage.
Now it will not even engage. I checked all fuses on the side of the drivers side and all are fine.
Any help or suggestions.?
Also on the steering column gear selector I have to jank it up a little almost every time to get the car to turn on/crank any suggestions as what part is bad?
Thanks.
I have read a lot on the forum and can't find a fix other than new switches. And even those are hard to find.
They look like these. http://thumbs2.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/m7c7jRCRC49voLzmp39OtFA.jpg
