Actually, in the past the cruise control has worked intermittently. I've had it where it wouldn't turn on at all. Other times it would work for hours, then suddenly the truck would begin slowing down, I'd just have to hit the "resume" button and it would go back to the set speed. But now it doesn't want to work at all.

Anyone have an idea of what I should look for/at?

Thanks!

I doubt this is the problem, but mine stopped working once. Check your vacuum lines. I had one that came off the round thing next to the master cylinder.

in my ol' f-150 the fuse would blow when i pulled a trailor behind and used cruise control. causing the cruise not 2 work. you might wanna check your fuse to see if its good, bad or indifferent.

Yeah, I thought of checking the fuse too, but haven't yet. I was sceptical because of it's previous intermitancy, but its worth checking it. And definitely I'll check the vacuum hoses, that's a good suggestion.

Anybody else had any experiences with cruise control? I'm not familiar with how it works, are there any sensors besides the vacuum sensor?

Thanks!
