You can start with longtubes, but you really only use the head flanges and bends. Check out my picture pages and you will see what I mean.

Expo, with the cam swap and nitrous you're putting in, I'd say just get the Torque monster ones. I watched a set of custom headers being built and it wasn't even fun to watch. Unless you plan on a supercharger or other major upgrade (head swap, stroker), the Torque monsters will work great.

well- the thing is that this truck isn't going anywhere.

i don't want to spend $700 on headers that won't support the next motor i put in the truck 4 years from now.

if thats what it comes down to i will though.
