Im fixing to get a custom front bumper made when I get done with my truck. Ive got a winch now so I want a winch mount to be built in with it. Does anyone have any pictures of theres or ideas?

Having just been under my truck, installing some tow hooks for the front, i noticed how the first 6 to 8 inches of frame looked like it had been sectioned and notched to be a "crush zone". This has me a little concered about the strength of my new hooks. Are these bumpers attached to the factory mount points?

Mine uses the stock bolt hole locations (2) and also the triangular shaped hole under the front body mount. The bumper is attached with 3 (per side) 1/2" grade 8 bolts and 3/8" plate. It is plenty strong.
