cylinder 4 misfire and start up misfire???

ok so I still have my 03 X- 183K and love it. but need somthing pretty to take clients around. so- i got an aviator... Problem #1 I guess... but i love it just the same. 2 codes on CEL- P0316 and P0304 which is cylinder 4 misfire and start up misfire. Gonna buy a full set of coil packs to fix cyl 4 cause i'll be in ther and might as well do em all. My question is, is the start up misfire related to the cyl 4 misfire and when i do the coil packs and erase the code might it come back and I need to do the coils again? tinkering with it last night and looks fairly easy which would be awesome... thanks for any help guys

Coils are a known problem and had extended coverage for 11 years or 120k miles. It could also be moisture in the spark plug wells or spark plug.
