Dash Lights Don't Work?!

So this one I pretty much gave up on a while ago, and am now trying to fix again.

So it's in my 96 Explorer limited, all of my lights work, all fuses are good, dash illumination doesn't

I tore apart the dash and found all bulbs to be good.
Browsing the nets, someone reccomened replacing the light switch, still no luck.
Pretty much gave up and used a cigarette lighter led thing to see my dash at night.

Did tou check to see if the dimmer was turned up for the dash lights? Not trying to be an ass. Secondly. If the dimmer is turned up you could then check for voltage coming out of it. Maybe it's bad.

I checked the dimmer a bunch, it still fades the clock, heater and temp but still no dashlights
