Dealer Has Had My 2013 Sport For 2 Weeks and Counting....

Had a horrible buzzing sound coming through the speakers whenever the heated seats are turned on and the radio is on. The buzzing escalated even more when attempting to use the phone, to the point the heated seats have to be turned off so you can hear anything. Today is 2 weeks that they've had it and they can't find what is causing it.

They replaced the MFT APM and some digital sound processor. Supposedly trying to get Ford to send an engineer out at this point. Does anyone know what the whole "Ford engineer" process entails? What if the engineer can't fix it or find the problem? :scratch:

To me, it sounds like a bad ground somewhere in the system, they say they have checked all of the wiring though. Oh yeah, only 1300 miles on the vehicle

I would guess it might be a radio problem. Sounds like it could possible be a filtering breakdown issue.
There is a TSB for vehicles built before 2/7/2011 but I don't know what the fix is.
