Diagnose Trouble code PO455

I just recieved a trouble code PO455 Evap Emissions Control Sys leak detected ( Gross Leak/no flow)
Anyone know how to fix ths on a 2001 Exp Sport?

What should do?

I had that code a month or 2 ago. new fuel cap and Fuel injection cleaner fixed it right up.

Most common problem is the fuel cap, loose or leaking. Also possible rusted out fuel filler tube.

Thank you everyone I checked the fuel cap and the gas station did not put it on right. I cleared the code and so far so good.
