Diagnosing and engine noise

Here's a video I just recorded. It's a high pitch electrical sounding noise. the sound goes away after driving at high speeds from cold start. I tried start up without the drive belt, still same sound. Also I replaced transmission solenoid b performance a couple months ago and the cel came back on for the same one. My guess it's a transmission component not getting lubrication. Any ideas? Here's the video
