did i get the shaft

hi i had the front chain tensioner and intake gaskets change by ford about 2,000 miles a go 545 dollars now it is making noise again. i check to see if it was the back one this time but it's not it is the same one they said was change by them. i'm taking it back to them this week has anybody had this happen to them i know they will try to stick it to me again how hard would this be for me to change my self

How many miles are on the truck right now? I would take it to another Ford dealership or try a Lincoln/Mercury dealer also.. If they aren't willing to work with you, contact ford motor company directly at the toll free number.. Usually they can assist in getting these things corrected to your satisfaction.
