The trailer light didn't have the white wire hooked up on the car side. This white wire takes care of the driving/parking light for the trailer .
Anyway, I took off the left tail light to get at the wires and somehow (?) blew the led driving/parking light & break light for left side. ONLY on the left side. Everything works well on the right side. Here is the kicker. On the left side the turn signal light bulb works, the reverse light works and the strobe works.
Where the heck is the parking light?
I removed the connection plug and the yellow wire is supposed to have power but doesn't. ON this connector it has black (ground), brown & yellow.
Sure would like to know what is under that connector and is there a separate LED string that is operated by the plug for the driving/parking light along with the break light?
I checked all the fuses under the hood.
No way to get to the interior fuses unless I hire some little 5th grader who, as you probably guessed by now, is smarter than I am!
Can I just put 12vdc from another source to that yellow wire then plug it back in?
Frustrated in Wisconsin!
