Differences Between Engines?

Hello All,
I have a 2001 Sport Trac and the timing chains are rattling and they are getting louder and louder, so I found this salvage yard close to me and they have a 04 explorer engine with 29000 miles on it. I was wondering if this would work in the 01 Sport trac or would I have to change some parts? I think the block is the same just wasn't sure about the heads or if my parts from the 01 will bolt up to the 04 engine.

It should bolt up fine but you will have to use the 2004 computer as well, also maybe some small parts especially if your 01 is a Job 1.
