dirver seat just broke

my damn seat will only go back and forth, it some how got stuck all the way up in back and all the way down in front. kinda Uncomfortable. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u know the seats are not nookie rated =) u might have over loaded it..hehe

i dont know how to fix it but alas a bump
