What one need to do is apply+12v at start up to pin 29 (TCS) at the PCM . I just use power from pin 87 of the starter relay in the power dispersution box. I have over sized tires and when I have it tested for emissions they can't keep up with the dyno in OD . I was failing NOx in Colorado and by doing that it passes. This might be help full for those with over sized tires and emissions testing .
