Does '03 Explorer have a "Signal Ground" in the stereo harness?

2003 Ford Explorer 4WD
My metra wiring harness has a black wire with a white tracer and its for a "signal ground" connection in addition to the black colored ground wire.

Does the 2003 Explorer radio harness have a signal ground?

Basic CD/Tape/am/fm deck with no amplifier.
