Does Explorer 2012 XLT have Navigation?

Hi everybody. I have Explorer XLT 2012 since January 2012 in Saudi Arabia but I came to know that originally it comes with navigation although it can find my coordinates. Some of the forums say navigation option is only available in US and Canada! is that true?

Even if it has the NAV option they don't make a SD map card for your area of the world.
