Does extended warranty cover CV joint?

I just noticed that I have a single crack/pop sound come from under passenger side when turning wheel. From my research online, seems it’s related to CV joint.

Does anyone know if extended warranty covers CV joint, I have 2017 Limited with 95000 miles. If it doesn’t cover, how much usually cost? I probably won’t even take it to dealership.

If you don't have the Ford ESP brochure you can pull one up on the Internet and check the coverage.

FORD ESP coverage is not only based on mileage, but time too. x number of years since it was FIRST sold by a Ford Dealer. Unless you got a User Ford ESP . The Ford owners web site can give you the day your Ford was first sold.
