Here's a tip for getting this done quick and easy - find a two car garage with automatic door opener hardware or a tree with a thick branch you can park under and hang the door with ratchet straps. If you pull the door panel, there's a hole in the door frame you can attach a strap hook that gives you perfect two-point height adjustment. I was able to replace both hinge pins in under 1.5 hours this way.
