Door Key Pad

Dealer didn't have the code (Bought it 4 days ago) to the key pad on the door and the sticker on the hatch is gone (brother is a ford mechanic and he said the code would be on a sticker on the hatch), anyway I can reprogram this or reset it myself, can a dealer even do it or am I just notr gonna be able to use it?

The sticker is on the RAP module inside the jack compartment in the back. Grab a flashlight, pull the cover off, stick your head in, and look forward. You will see a gray or black box with a sticker. On that sticker somewhere will be a 5 digit code.
