I have a 1995 XLT. The remote key pad and touch pad quit working. Battery replacement in the key pad did not help. About 1 month later, I was unable to unlock the driver's door with the key. Now I cannot unlock any door (driver, passenger, rear lift) with a key so I cannot secure the vehicle. I found a homeless guy asleep in my back seat yesterday. Time for a fix. By the way, disconnecting the battery has no effect.
