door won't open

I have a '98 4door. The front driver side door won't open. The door locks work on all of the other doors except driver door. It stopped working when the door decided not to open. I was able to get the door panel away from the door enough to get my hand inside, but can't seem to get it unlocked or open. Please help before I torch the door. :fire:

mine does this too, i have to pull the door handle at the same time when im press the unlock button on the remote. takes a few tries usually.

Thanks, but I tried that several times and still no luck. The post for the lock doesn't even go up or down when you push the button, and it feels frozen when I try to do it manually. Any other suggestions?

does it unlock with the key or can you not turn the key you might have to reach in and pull on the open lever(inside the door panel, top one that goes across)
