Drive Shaft Extention, or Double Cardian

So got the lift it is doing fine, but I want to have some advise for my explorer and for a f150 the F150 is going to have custom 13in lift need to entend drive shaft definatly, so what is best?

All opinions are welcome, I would like to also know some places for the double cardian u joints if you got some.

This is going to be a mud truck it is in progress for refinishing and lifting, I have the advantage of owning a body shop and doing all this in house, so I am takeing an essentially free vehicle and turning it into a good toy with a nice look that I wouldnt be ashamed of on the road.
