Drive shaft question

Is the sport Trac first gen front driveshaft interchangeable with the explorer and if so what gen(s) I broke the cv joint and it's 130$ and don't have the money would rather buy a junkyard drive shaft for now

Amazon has the Dorman CV joint for $77 with Free Shipping. Rock Auto has it for $86 with $14 shipping.

Sorry can't help with crossing the shaft, although they do take the same part # CV.

I'm not real crazy about the Dorman quality, on my second one in 8 months.

How does the joint come apart is there any threads on it ? Thanks for the quick response

I believe it's pressed on, I had the local Autoparts install it. They had it on in 15 minutes, also had U-Joints replaced at the same time.
