im getting a clunk/thump/ or some sort of slop in the drive line.

it happens upon taking off from a stop ( i know there is a TSB for this addressing the slip yoke spline lubrication)

but recently its become more pronounced and frequent and is showing it self during driving where your coasting and then accelerate.

transmission mount and u joints look good and are only about a 10-15 miles old

It's the slip yoke.

Pull the driveshaft out, separate it at the slip-yoke, clean any old grease off it, then coat it liberally with a molybdenum CV joint grease (pack it in inside the boot too). That should alleviate the thump.

Be sure to assemble the yoke so the u-joints remain in phase.

^^^Yup that's what I'd say too.
