Driver's seat back won't move forward enough

Hey all,

This is an issue I've dealt with a while, but thinking I'll try to take it on this weekend. Just need some tips on what to look for.

The driver's seat in my car (manually controlled) works fine for the most part, but the seat back lever will only move forward so far -- it works kind of, but the most forward position it will go is still an uncomfortable lean. Anyone else had this issue? What should I keep an eye out for?

Don't really want to put stuff behind the seat to position it correctly.

there what appears to be spring loaded coat hangers down by the sliders that has to be orientated right to unlock the tracks for the seat to slide back and forth
